Our regular weekly classes are all online via Zoom. We do offer in-person retreats, workshops, and charity events, mostly in the Greater Toronto Area. Check out our 'Upcoming Events' for more details.

Completely understandable! All of our teachers are well trained in adapting and modifying classes for all ages and abilities. If you have specific concerns or health issues you'd like us to be aware of prior to you joining a class, please send us a message above. We're always happy to chat and guide you to a class that best fits your needs!

The RTWS Membership is designed for individuals who are looking for a holistic take on their wellness and are serious about improving their quality of life. RTWS Members get access to the unlimited movement and mindfulness classes LIVE via Zoom and ALL class recordings. They also get discounts on courses and retreats. Class Passes are designed for busy individuals, people who already have other movement/mindfulness classes they attend elsewhere or students who want to become more familiar with RTWS before joining the membership.
