Deep Stretch and Stress Release

Deep Stretch and Stress Release Yoga is a great way to help your body unwind and allow your body to release tension for a great night's sleep! A nice slow class for all levels and abilities!

Guided Meditation

An experience-based group, for both beginner and experienced meditators, that offers skillful guided meditations based on the 9 attitudes of mindfulness (beginner’s mind, acceptance, trust, letting go, patience, non-judgment, non-striving, generosity, and gratitude).

All Levels Cardio

All Levels Cardio is designed to increase your heart rate and push you outside of your comfort zone in a safe and controlled way. This is a fully standing 30-minute class with low-impact movements for those with joint pain. This is a fun class filled with laughs!

Yogic Sleep + Breathwork

Yogic Sleep and Breathwork is a relaxing and downregulating class inspired by Yoga Nidra. This is an accessible class for all levels and abilities. You will experience guided breathwork, visualization, and more as you hold restful yoga stretches for 3-5 mins, supported by lots of props.

Myofascial Release + Mindfulness

This practice will help you transition from a busy day into a peaceful evening by getting you out of your head and into your soul. We will focus on using the body as a tool to bring ourselves into the present moment with gentle movement, followed by a guided meditation to drop deeper into our parasympathetic nervous system (the state of rest and digest).

Muscle Maintenance as We Age

Muscle Maintenance as We Age is a strength training class that will leave you feeling strong and energized for your day! This class will begin with a dynamic warm-up designed to elevate your heart rate and warm your muscles. This will be followed by a full-body weight training session. The class will be completed with a yoga stretch session and cool down.

Morning Mobility Flow

Morning Mobility Flow is a yoga class designed to get you moving and ready for the day ahead. You will build strength and mobility through an intentional sequence of yoga movements. Please note, that we will be featuring guest instructor, Victoria Sharp, on the first Sunday of every month.

Victoria was a competitive dancer and is certified in Functional Range Conditioning which she combines into her yoga classes.
