If you're worried movement will increase your pain, then you're finally at a place you can feel safe.

Movement has been proven to reduce pain and increase quality of life, but it can feel scary to attend yoga, strength training, or other movement classes when you're already struggling with pain. The last thing you want is to injure yourself, or flare an already existing problem.

We believe in using an evidence-based, anatomical, physiological, and psychological approach to help improve the well-being of older adults. Our virtual studio encourages a holistic, multi-disciplinary approach to ensure each person feels balanced: mentally, physically, emotionally, and energetically. We remove the cookie-cutter mentality towards health and focus on each individual’s needs so they can be the happiest and healthiest version of themselves.

To cultivate a safe space that fosters a connected community of women to reduce the experience of stress, isolation, and loneliness. To provide classes, tools, and resources that positively impact the lives of our students and enrich their well-being.

I spent every Saturday from the ages of 7 to 16 years old at a Nursing Home helping take care of my grandmother. My grandmother was my best friend, and all I ever wanted was to help her have the best quality of life possible. Even after her passing, that goal never left me. I was inspired to help people get stronger as they age and to stay as independent as possible, for as long as possible.

I have been participating in Tina's yoga classes for several years now and she is a wonderful, loving, and compassionate young woman who focuses on the wellbeing of all her yogis, particularly the mature yogi. She has a vast knowledge of the functions of the body and gears each practice to a different area to make sure the overall body is kept mobile. Each class has something different to offer. Tina offers at least three alternatives to each pose to ensure everyone can participate to the best of their ability. She always emphasizes that the practice is 'ours' and we should keep it in our own comfort and ability zone. I have a difficult back issue and I would not be moving if it were not for Tina. We all just love her.
